These ice pops are SO yum and easy to make and are a perfect summer treat!

High in protein from the Greek yogurt, free from refined sugar and low in calories! They are an excellent healthy swap from the shop bought ice cream!

This recipe makes one ice-pop so tailor ingredients depending on how many you want to make :)

  • 50 grams Greek yogurt
  • 10 grams Raspberries
  • 10 grams Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Honey
  • 1 drop(s) Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Put the Greek yogurt into a bowl. Add the honey and vanilla extract too and stir altogether. 
  2. Spoon half of the mixture into your ice-pop mould and add fresh fruit into the mould too. 
  3. Place the other half into a mixer, add the remaining fruit and blitz together. 
  4. Spoon this mixture into the mould too. 
  5. Freeze for about 3-4 hours until frozen or overnight and enjoy :)
