These all-natural energy balls are a perfect pick-me-up or post-workout nibble, not to mention a chocoholic's dream!

With only 4 ingredients, you can whip up a batch in no time and store them in the fridge. Make sure your dates are pitted! 

They contain 2 grams of protein and only 63 calories per ball so they're brilliant to have on hand when you need to satisfy that sweet craving! 

This recipe makes 13 balls but you can double the recipe if you want a bigger batch.

  • 100 grams raw almonds
  • 7 Medjool Dates
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Raw 100% cacao powder

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and whizz for a minute until everything is well blended.
  2. Empty the mixture to a large plate and using your hands shape into bite-sized balls. It should make about 13 balls.
  3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for about a week.
