I LOVE these new energy balls I came up with recently! I made these guys with a mix of cashews, dates, coconut oil and my fave Chia Bia product of milled Chia, Apple & Cinnamon. They are little bites of absolute yumminess and perfect for an energy boost with afternoon tea!
The lovely team at Chia Bia have given me a discount code especially for Sophie's Nutrition so you can buy the Apple & Cinnamon product and any other product on their website with a 30% discount using the coupon code sophiesbootcamp :) Yay!

Directions
- Add the dates to a food processor and blitz to break them into small pieces.
- Then add the cashews, melted coconut oil, and Chia Bia Apple & Cinnamon and blitz again well until fully combined.
- Test the mixture and if it feels too dry to roll into balls then add an extra date or a little bit more coconut oil.
- Empty the mixture onto a plate and use your hands to roll into little balls.
- The nutritional information is for 1 ball if you make 18 balls from the mixture.
