I LOVE these new energy balls I came up with recently! I made these guys with a mix of cashews, dates, coconut oil and my fave Chia Bia product of milled Chia, Apple & Cinnamon. They are little bites of absolute yumminess and perfect for an energy boost with afternoon tea!

Recipe

  • 3 tablespoon(s) melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chia Bia Apple & Cinnamon
  • 100 grams Cashew nuts
  • 150 grams pitted dates

Directions

  1. Add the dates to a food processor and blitz to break them into small pieces.
  2. Then add the cashews, melted coconut oil, and Chia Bia Apple & Cinnamon and blitz again well until fully combined. 
  3. Test the mixture and if it feels too dry to roll into balls then add an extra date or a little bit more coconut oil. 
  4. Empty the mixture onto a plate and use your hands to roll into little balls. 
  5. The nutritional information is for 1 ball if you make 18 balls from the mixture.
