- 100 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tablespoon(s) Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) Maple Syrup
- 150 grams Medjool Dates
- 50 grams Raw 100% cacao powder
- 100 grams Hazelnuts

Directions
- Melt some coconut oil and measure out 2 tablespoons and add to the food processor.
- Add all the other ingredients to the food processor and whizz for a minute until everything is well blended
- Empty the mixture to a large plate and using your hands shape into bite-sized balls. It should make about 30.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container. They will last for about 10 days.
