  • 100 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Maple Syrup
  • 150 grams Medjool Dates
  • 50 grams Raw 100% cacao powder
  • 100 grams Hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Melt some coconut oil and measure out 2 tablespoons and add to the food processor. 
  2. Add all the other ingredients to the food processor and whizz for a minute until everything is well blended
  3. Empty the mixture to a large plate and using your hands shape into bite-sized balls. It should make about 30.
  4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container. They will last for about 10 days.
