Chocolate Mug Cake

Chocolate Mug Cake

Difficulty : Super easy
Preparation time: 3m

This is a perfect recipe for one person when you're craving cake but don't want to have an entire chocolate cake begging you to eat it for the rest of the week! Be warned though, this is so simple to make that you may just want to start making it every day.

You just toss all of the ingredients in to a mug, mix and microwave, and it comes out moist and fluffy, just like you’d expect from a cake!

This cake is perfect as it is but leaves room for variation. If you get bored of the plain chocolate, throw in some coconut flakes, chopped nuts or cinnamon.

A gorgeous way to eat it is with a heaped spoonful of almond butter on top. Adding it while the cake is still fresh and warm melts it down and creates an unreal flavour combination.
