Chocolate bread - you can't beat this beauty! It really is unbelievably amazing. This is definitely a treat and is gorgeous eaten just as it is but also pretty delicious with almond butter spread on top!

- 1 teaspoon(s) gluten free baking powder
- 4 Egg(s)
- 60 mL Coconut Oil
- 120 mL Honey
- 120 grams Pecan Nuts
- 200 grams Ground almonds
- 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt
- 90 grams dark chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F/180 degrees C.
- Grease a loaf tin with coconut oil and line the tin with parchment paper.
- Melt the coconut oil to measure out 60ml melted coconut oil.
- Combine the eggs, melted coconut oil and honey in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the pecans to a food processor and blitz until the pecans are ground as small as possible.
- Mix together the ground almonds, ground pecans, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in another large bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips and then pour the whole mixture into your lined loaf tin.
- Bake for about 35 minutes and then leave to cool in its tin for about 10 minutes before turning out on to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
