Store-bought protein bars often contain a long list of artificial ingredients and added sugars, which can do more harm than good!
These homemade protein bars have none of the added junk and all of the protein, making them great post-workout snacks or for when you need an energy boost! You can also get creative by adding different flavours like cacao or coconut!
This recipe makes 4 little bars or you could make 2 larger ones but just remember to double the calorie quantity per serving in your calorie tracking.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/ 360 degrees F.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and using a spoon, mash the ingredients together until a pliable dough forms.
- It shouldn't be too wet or too dry. Using your hands, mould the dough into 4 bars and bake them for 8-10 minutes or until they've turned a light golden colour.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before tucking in. Store them in an airtight container.
