This homemade nutella is a must try! It’s so simple to make and is perfectly smooth, thick, & hazelnutty!
You will not miss Nutella when you try this and unlike shop bought Nutella, this homemade version is free from refined sugar and palm oil, and you also get all the health benefits of hazelnuts such as Vitamin E, potassium, calcium & magnesium.

- 500 grams Skinless Hazelnuts Roasted
- 4 tablespoon(s) Raw 100% cacao powder
- 150 mL Maple Syrup
- 150 mL Low Fat Milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract

Directions
- Place the roasted hazelnuts in a food processor and process until it turns into nut butter. Be patient as it will take some time, around 4-5 minutes, and you will need a powerful blender/food processor. You will see it suddenly turn into a butter.
- Then add the raw cacao, maple syrup and vanilla extract, and blend again to combine.
- Lastly add the milk, and then process for another 1-2 minutes until you have a really smooth & thick Nutella!
- Taste and add a bit more maple syrup if you feel it needs more sweetener, or add a bit more milk if you feel it needs to be smoother.
- Transfer to an airtight jar or container and store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
