They contain no sugar and no flour, not even gluten-free flour.
Almond butter is what makes these brownies perfectly dense and chewy. They melt in your mouth when eaten warm, a must try!!
They're so easy to make and ready in just half an hour, making these brownies a winner to satisfy any sweet craving!

- 170 grams Almond Butter
- 80 grams Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg(s)
- 2 tablespoon(s) Ghee
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Bicarbonate of Soda (baking soda)
- 40 grams Raw 100% cacao powder

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F/ 170 degrees C.
- Line a 9-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
- Using an electric mixer, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, egg, ghee, and vanilla until combined.
- Add in the cocoa powder and bicarbonate of soda and mix again until everything is combined and you have a dark fudge like batter.
- Pour the batter into the lined baking tin and bake for 10 minutes, until the brownie has set, but is still soft in the centre.
- Leave to cool for a few minutes in the tin before removing and cutting into squares.
