This is a must-bake recipe: scrumptious, sweet, baked apples with a delectable crunchy topping – who doesn't love apple crumble? And this Paleo version won't let you down!
This recipe makes about 4 servings but it's best to make the full recipe and keep the leftovers in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week!

- 40 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 60 grams raw almonds
- 3 tablespoon(s) Honey
- 4 tablespoon(s) Coconut Oil

Directions
- Melt the coconut oil to make up 4 tablespoons of melted oil.
- In a bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, the melted coconut oil and honey.
- Crumble this topping evenly on top of the apples.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the apples are bubbling underneath.
- Serve with coconut yogurt if you fancy! Delish!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
Peel and chop the apples into chunks.
Place the chopped apples in a baking dish.
Roughly chop the almonds (you can use different nuts to almonds if you prefer).
