Grain-Free Granola

Grain-Free Granola

Difficulty : Super easy
Preparation time: 5m
Cooking time: 10m

When buying granola you have to be careful you're not buying one that is loaded with sugar and other processed ingredients.

If you fancy making granola yourself, this healthy version fits the bill. It’s got nuts, fruit, and coconut, and is easy to prepare and store for a quick snack as well!

It's worth making a large quantity as in this recipe so you can store it for a few weeks to tuck into whenever you want. The recipe makes a large batch of about 40 servings.
