Overnight Chia Oats with Berries & Almonds

Overnight Chia Oats with Berries & Almonds

Difficulty : Super easy
Preparation time: 2m

This overnight chia oats is a wonderfully simple recipe and contains just four ingredients. The oats and chia seeds are soaked overnight in the yoghurt and almond milk, so the oats become lovely and soft and the chia seeds expand to create a great mix of textures

You can then add your favourite toppings in the morning for extra flavour - in this recipe I’ve gone for berries, flaked almonds & honey but mix it up and try different toppings as you fancy! The other great thing is it’s portable so it makes an amazing breakfast if your mornings are very rushed. Just take the jar to work with you and enjoy it there! It’ll make you feel amazing too as it’s packed with fibre, omega-3’s, healthy fats and plant protein.
