Chia, Chocolate & Coconut Raspberry Parfait

My fave chia seed recipe! This parfait recipe is packed with chia, full of nutrients and looks AND tastes amazing!!
Such a fab breakfast to start the day :)

- 25 grams Oats
- 15 grams Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon(s) Maple Syrup
- 0.5 tablespoon(s) Raw 100% cacao powder
- 150 mL Low Fat Milk
- 100 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon(s) Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tablespoon(s) 2 Minute Healthy Raspberry Jam

Directions
- For the overnight oats:
Add the oats, chia seeds, cacao and maple syrup to a bowl and give it a quick mix. - Then add the milk and whisk it all together. Leave in the fridge overnight or for about 6 hours.
- In another bowl add the desiccated coconut to your greek yogurt and mix together.
- Finally for the parfait just layer the overnight oats, yogurt and some 2 minute Healthy Raspberry Jam on top of each other in a bowl. Finish with sprinkle of raspberries, coconut & chopped walnuts and ENJOY :)
