This yummy ice cream sundae  is sugar free, really healthy and  perfect for a summer's day :)

  • 3 frozen banana
  • 150 mL Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Raw 100% cacao powder
  • 70 grams Frozen Raspberries

Directions

  1. To make the Vanilla ice cream:
    Blitz 1 frozen banana with 50ml of the coconut milk in food processor (you will need a powerful food processor) until creamy. Add the vanilla and blitz again. Place in a bowl and into the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving. 
  2. To make the Berry ice cream:
    Blitz 1 frozen banana with 50ml of the coconut milk in food processor (you will need a powerful food processor) until creamy. Add the frozen raspberries and blitz again. Place in a bowl and into the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
  3. To make the Chocolate ice cream:
    Blitz 1 frozen banana with 50ml of the coconut milk in food processor (you will need a powerful food processor) until creamy. Add the raw cacao powder and blitz again. Place in a bowl and into the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
