This is one of our favourite snacks and only takes seconds to make! Be careful to measure out how much nut butter you're using here as it is very high in calories.
You can substitute almond butter for any other nut butter like cashew or hazelnut butter. Similarly you can use rice cakes instead of corn cakes if you wish!
