Instant Ice Cream with Caramel Topping

Interestingly this is a healthy caramel made from tahini, honey, coconut milk, and a bit of vanilla, and how does it taste? Surprisingly delicious! And when you add it on top of the instant ice cream you’ve got a super fast and gorgeous healthy dessert!

Directions
- Freeze the bananas.
- Spoon the tahini and honey into a cup and stir with a fork to combine.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla.
- Refrain from eating this caramel while you make your ice cream!
- Chop the frozen bananas.
- Place the frozen bananas into a food processor and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 4 tablespoons of the coconut milk. Blend until the mixture is an ice cream consistency.
- Spoon the ice cream into bowls, drizzle generously with the caramel topping and tuck in!
