Interestingly this is a healthy caramel made from tahini, honey, coconut milk, and a bit of vanilla, and how does it taste? Surprisingly delicious! And when you add it on top of the instant ice cream you’ve got a super fast and gorgeous healthy dessert!

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Honey
  • 6 tablespoon(s) Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
  • 4 Banana(s)

Directions

  1. Freeze the bananas.
  2. Spoon the tahini and honey into a cup and stir with a fork to combine.
  3. Mix in 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla.
  4. Refrain from eating this caramel while you make your ice cream!
  5. Chop the frozen bananas.
  6. Place the frozen bananas into a food processor and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 4 tablespoons of the coconut milk. Blend until the mixture is an ice cream consistency.
  7. Spoon the ice cream into bowls, drizzle generously with the caramel topping and tuck in!
