This is one breakfast that will fill you up and keep you full for hours, making it perfect for the busy day ahead of you. This makes a great quick lunch or dinner as well.

  • 2 handful(s) Cabbage
  • 2 Egg(s)
  • Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Put bacon under the grill and grill for a few minutes each side, until desired crispness.
  2. Meanwhile, shred the cabbage. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the cabbage. Cook until soft, browned, and lightly crisp. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Remove from pan and place on your serving plate.
  3. Crack the eggs in the pan and fry until desired doneness. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. To serve, place the eggs on top of the cabbage and serve with the grilled bacon.
