This stir-fry recipe is so simple and so tasty! Prepare all the ingredients before starting to cook and then it will come together in a flash!
Serve with Cauliflower rice if you wish or just some steamed veg.

- 1 Celery stick(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) White wine
- 0.5 tablespoon(s) Honey
- 1 pinch(es) Dried chilli flakes
- 200 grams Sirloin Steak
- 2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) low sodium tamari sauce
- 1 Carrot(s)
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- Sriracha

Directions
- In a bowl mix the tamari sauce, white wine, and honey together.
- Slice the sirloin steak into thin strips.
- Place the steak strips into the bowl and mix well in the marinade. Leave the beef to marinade for 30 minutes.
- Chop the carrots into long, very thin strips.
- Chop the celery sticks into long, very thin strips.
- Finely grate the ginger.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat.
- When the pan is very hot add the carrot and celery strips and stir-fry for 90 seconds, then remove to a bowl.
- Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and throw in the ginger and chilli flakes and stir-fry for just 10 seconds.
- Pour in the steak along with the marinade and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Return the carrot and celery to the pan, stir-fry for another 1 minute and it's done!
- Serve immediately with a drizzle of Sriracha if you wish!
