  • 100 grams tenderstem broccoli
  • 0.5 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove(s)
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) Dried chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) naturally derived oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Coconut Oil
  • 150 grams Sirloin Steak

Directions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into thin strips.
  2. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  4. Heat a wok until smoking, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil then add beef. Stir-fry for 2 mins, then tip onto a plate.
  5. Add the tenderstem broccoli with a splash of water then cook until broccoli turns bright green.
  6. Add one more teaspoon of coconut oil and add the onion and stir-fry for 1 min, then add the garlic, ginger and chilli flakes and cook for 1 min more.
  7. Pour in the oyster sauce and 125ml water. Bring to the boil and cook until reduced to a sticky sauce.
  8. Stir in the beef, along with any juices from the plate, then serve straight away.
