This is a very convenient and really tasty beef dish!

- 100 grams tenderstem broccoli
- 0.5 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove(s)
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Dried chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoon(s) naturally derived oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) Coconut Oil
- 150 grams Sirloin Steak

Directions
- Cut the sirloin steak into thin strips.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- Heat a wok until smoking, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil then add beef. Stir-fry for 2 mins, then tip onto a plate.
- Add the tenderstem broccoli with a splash of water then cook until broccoli turns bright green.
- Add one more teaspoon of coconut oil and add the onion and stir-fry for 1 min, then add the garlic, ginger and chilli flakes and cook for 1 min more.
- Pour in the oyster sauce and 125ml water. Bring to the boil and cook until reduced to a sticky sauce.
- Stir in the beef, along with any juices from the plate, then serve straight away.
