  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 0.5 Onion
  • 0.5 Green Pepper
  • 50 grams Chorizo Sausage
  • 3 Egg(s)
  • Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and slice the green pepper.
  2. Slice the chorizo Sausage into 1cm slices.
  3. Slice the avocado. 
  4. In a medium non-stick pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the onion and pepper and cook until soft. Add the chorizo and cook until it starts to brown. 
  6. Add the eggs and stir continuously until eggs are cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Top with avocado slices to serve.
