  • 240 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 6 Egg white(s)
  • 80 grams Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C/325 degrees F.
  2. Beat the egg whites in a stand mixer until they form stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold in the maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut.
  4. Using a teaspoon form into 1-inch balls and put on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool before serving.
