While fruit juice you buy can be very unhealthy, juicing your own fruits and vegetables is different than buying processed juice. This drink is refreshing, high in vitamins and minerals, and easy to prepare if you have a juicer.
It’s a great way of getting lots of nutrients into your body but stick with mostly vegetable juices as opposed to fruit juices which would be high in fruit sugars.
