Roasted and salted nuts go perfectly with the deep, intense flavour of dark chocolate, and you’re sure to love this easy-to-make bark. Use any variety of nuts you like, or even a mixture, if the mood strikes. Either way, you’ll love these sweet and salty treats!

- 340 grams Dark chocolate
- 120 grams Pecan Nuts

Directions
- Roast the pecan nuts in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for a few minutes until they start to brown. Be careful not to let them burn.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Chop the chocolate into chunks.
- Melt the chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl.
- Leave the chocolate to melt without stirring and when it's nearly fully melted, gently stir to help it along to finish melting. Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the roasted nuts and spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze until solid and break into chunks.
