How we do this is we focus on making small changes in your lifestyle and your nutrition, and making those small changes one at a time so that they can turn into a habit and become permanent, because developing the right mindset takes practice. This is the key to having long-term results which will make you feel amazing, not just short-term quick fixes that are impossible to maintain
It's scientifically proven that progress leads to motivation. When you see true progress each week, it's the best motivator you can get.
At Sophie's Nutrition we teach women that standing on the scales day in day out is detrimental to your progress and your mindset. Instead we measure your body composition which is the best indicator of your progress. Measuring the right thing is crucial for ongoing motivation and so each week we send you a body fat analysis report which shows the amount of body fat you’re losing. When you see in a report the body fat % you're losing it is extremely motivational and it drives you on to keep going each week!
Creating the right support system can be the hardest task in all of this. That’s why support is such a huge part of the bootcamps as we believe it is the key to staying on track. Sophie and her support team makes sure to go through the journey with everyone to help and guide you through it all.
We hold weekly live webinars where we interact and discuss the knowledge modules and Sophie is there to answer any questions.
There is also a private Facebook group which becomes an amazing community of bootcampers where everyone supports each other and drives each other on.
Sophie has office hours in the facebook group so you can go into the group when you know she'll be there to answer any of your questions or just give you some encouragement on a tough day. You’ll also have constant access to the support team.
Knowledge is power. If you don’t have the right Nutrition knowledge, you won’t get anywhere! In the bootcamp you will learn everything you need to know about nutrition for your body, and how to get lean using Nutrition. This is Not about fad diets, not about restricting anything - it’s about understanding Nutrition so well for your body that you know exactly what you need to do to get results, where you’re not depriving yourself and you’re not cutting out any foods that you don’t want to.
