  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Apple
  • 0.5 Onion

Directions

  1. Season the pork chops with pepper to taste.
  2. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. Core and slice the apples. 
  4. Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the chops for about 5 minutes on each side or until well cooked and browned.
  5. Set the pork chops aside and reduce the heat to medium-low then add the onion and apple slices.
  6. Cook for about 4 minutes, or until the onions have caramelised and the apple slices are softened.
  7. Serve the chops with the topping of apple and onions.
