Directions
- Season the pork chops with pepper to taste.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Core and slice the apples.
- Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the chops for about 5 minutes on each side or until well cooked and browned.
- Set the pork chops aside and reduce the heat to medium-low then add the onion and apple slices.
- Cook for about 4 minutes, or until the onions have caramelised and the apple slices are softened.
- Serve the chops with the topping of apple and onions.
