  • 2 teaspoon(s) Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 Lemon
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Arrange salmon fillets, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet and season with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil. Top with chopped capers, thyme leaves and slices of lemon.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
