This is a beautiful simple salmon dish. Serve with some steamed veg or salad on the side.

- 1 teaspoon(s) Capers
- 2 teaspoon(s) Fresh thyme leaves
- 1 Lemon
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Arrange salmon fillets, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet and season with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil. Top with chopped capers, thyme leaves and slices of lemon.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
