Difficulty : Super easy
Preparation time: 5m
Cooking time: 15m

This recipe encrusts the salmon with tons of flavour, making it a very tasty dish.

Instead of slathering the salmon with mustard, this recipe uses mustard seeds to give the fish a crunchy mustardy crust!

This simple recipe shows you don’t have to go overboard when dealing with a fish like salmon, you just have to help it out a bit to give it a lovely kick!

Enjoy this with your favourite steamed greens or side salad.
