Spicy Kale Crisps

Baked kale chips are one of the healthiest options you could reach for when that salty craving comes around!

Kale is a superfood and is one of the healthiest veggies you can eat! The benefits of eating leafy greens like kale is that they contain phytonutrients, special antioxidants that help the body fend off things like inflammation, and basically make you feel better both now and over the long term if eaten consistently. As an added bonus kale is packed full of vitamin A, C, K, iron and calcium.
