- 250 grams Cabbage
- 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 250 grams Pork tenderloin fillet
- 1 shallot(s)
- 2 tablespoon(s) Tomato puree
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley

Directions
- Chop the pork into big chunks.
- Chop the shallot.
- Shred the cabbage in a food processor using the grater attachment.
- Heat the olive oil in a large casserole pot over a high heat. Add the pork and brown on all sides.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the chopped shallot. Cook for about 2 -3 minutes until the shallot is soft and golden.
- Add the cabbage to the pot along with the tomato puree, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and 100ml of water.
- Simmer on medium-low heat for about 35 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Serve hot with some fresh chopped flat leaf parsley on top.
